Nutrition Class for High School Swimmers-Females Only!

Class Description

Most of us recognize that proper nutrition is an essential part of an athlete's prepartation for competition. It is the "how to part" that can be confusing . 

Based on my experience as a competitive athlete and extensive study over the last 16 years,  this class centers on teaching skills such as: weekly meal planning, recipes, buying quality/organic and bulk foods, meal preparation, freezing foods, meal set-up, conscious eating versus emotional, how not to overwork the stomach, strategies for being successful, as well as what to eat before and after competition.   This will be a hands on class!
